Bath is one of the best places to relax by cleansing the skin as well as some of the stress that takes a toll on your entire body.
Use natural ingredients in your bath to refresh, rejuvenate, and add a radiant glow to your skin.
Oils: Add softness to your skin by using oils in your bath water.  The oil will help maintain the collagen in your skin, keeping skin looking supple for longer. This reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.  Mix few drops of natural oils like coconut oil or olive oil while in shower to the water to instantly feel silky soft.
Salts: Bath Salt exfoliates to soften and smooth the skin. It makes mind relax and eliminates stress.  A nice soak in a tub sprinkled with bath salt helps relax sore muscles, softens and moisturizes your skin. It can even reduce the look of wrinkles and fine lines.
Milk: Milk contains fats proteins and vitamins that help to hydrate skin and retain moisture making it soft and supple. It contains lactic acid which is packed with skin softening properties, and promises to leave your skin smooth, even and soft. Pour in a few cups of whole milk to lukewarm bathwater and seep in for about 15 minutes.

Herbs: Herbs help to reduce stress, soothe the skin, promote sleep and relax the mind. Tie dried herbs like mint, lavender, rosemary or chamomile in a cheese cloth and use it under running water or boil dried herbs in few cups of water and add it to your bath.
Essential oils: Aromatic baths with essential oils benefit both the body and the mind aspects of conditions such as stress, troubled skin, healthy hair and achy muscles. Add few drops of your favorite essential oils to your bath water for a calming aromatherapy bath.
Tea: Use 3-5 tea bags in the bath water or brew 1-2 cups of very strong herbal tea like green tea, peppermint tea or chamomile tea, strain and soak in it for 20-30mins to detox the skin and for healthy hair. Tea for shiny hair and promote hair growth.
Ginger:  The natural anti bacterial properties in ginger will help sweat out colds, flues, and congestion.  Adding ginger to your bath on a cool day will raise the temperature of your skin and make you feel warm & toasty. It will ease sore muscles, eliminate toxins from the body.
Oatmeal:  Use Oatmeal bath as a treatment for allergic reactions, dry skin, itchy skin or chickenpox. Add a cup of oatmeal to running water and ensure it mixes completely and soak for 10-15 minutes.
Lemon: Whether you prefer to use 5-6 fresh lemon sliced or lemon juice of 1/2 cup, the bright fruit will leave your skin glowing. Apple cider vinegar:  Add a cup of apple cider vinegar to your bath, and soak for 5-10 minutes to eliminate discomfort from sunburn. It helps to draw toxins out of the body, leaving behind toned and moisturized skin.
